Sehto is a small volcanic island a way's removed from the shores of Johto and Kanto.

Its settlements in order of population size are as follows:

• Nightclaw (~80 000 inhabitants)
• Vale (~12 000 inhabitants, plus flux from tourism)
• Njoty (~9 000 inhabitants)
• Ehqaj City (~7 000 inhabitants)
• Kethi City (~1 200 inhabitants, plus flux from tourism)
• Nahla City (~1 000 inhabitants)
• Pyu Ivvi (~400 inhabitants)
• Kzye City (~100 inhabitants)
• Togi (~50 inhabitants)
• Taqnateh (…four inhabitants? Maybe?)

The Sehto gym circuit does not inherently demand any particular order, but is commonly traversed as follows:

1. Njoty: Path Badge from Cecile Madhukar, specialising in Bug and Poison types
2. Nahla City: Dust Badge from Terry Kiran, specialising in Rock and Ground types
3. Nightclaw: Glint Badge from Naomi Charna, specialising in Dark and Steel types
4. Pyu Ivvi: Feather Badge from Tove Zipporah, specialising in Flying and Dragon types
5. Ehqaj City: Haze Badge from Rose Kaiki, specialising in Water and Grass types
6. Kzye City: Pyre Badge from Keith Sirius, specialising in Fire and Electric types
7. Vale: Vale Badge from Yarver Bakema, specialising in Fighting and Normal types
8. Taqnateh: Astral Badge from Jagdish Tsukinaka, specialising in Psychic and Ice types
