Sehto is a small volcanic island a way's removed from the shores of Johto and Kanto.

Its settlements in order of population size (non-Arsaga) are as follows:

• Njoty (~9 000 inhabitants)
• Ehqaj City (~7 000 inhabitants)
• Kethi City (~1 200 inhabitants, plus flux from tourism)

• Kzye City (~100 inhabitants)
