Ichor is a Blood-type regenerative move.

Quite contrary to Blood's general reputation, Ichor is a benevolent move that heals its victim at slight detriment to the Blood pokémon using it (worth about 15 base strength points). As such, it's a good choice for pokémon battles with more than one pokémon in battle by each side, allowing allies to be healed.

It essentially gives the affected pokémon a haematopoeisis boost, replenishing lost blood and absorbing any inner bleeding, as well as serving to neutralise toxins in the blood. By proxy, it's useless in healing pokémon that haven't suffered any blood loss - confused pokémon certainly stay confused, pokémon affected by ethereal moves like Psychic will not be affected, and pokémon that are frozen will not thaw, and any broken bones will stay broken, as a few examples of its limits.
