Blood is an offensively-geared pokémon type exclusive to Sehto.
The moves it comes with are focussed on its victim's body, often at a range, making it seem something of a Psychic specialisation. It can affect inner organs but most often interacts with cardiovascular systems, which in turn is the source of its name. Blood-type moves are met with a lot of wariness from people comfortable with most other pokémon moves, due to their particular cruelty - especially since they certainly can be applied to human beings. Additionally, Blood moves are quite dangerous in that they lead to death more frequently than most other pokémon moves, since they typically can't be applied in a gentle fashion.
Beyond all being naturally learnt by most Blood pokémon, some Blood moves can be taught to pokémon of type Dark. For the aforementioned reasons, this is frowned upon - and often considered something of a sign that you're not right in the head.
