Psynateh has a dark purple skin that appears almost black unless compared to a true shade of the same is criss-crossed by labyrinthine, silverish patterns. This raptorian (of Megaraptor proportions) has a flowing, soft purple-plum plume that is in constant motion even in places devoid of wind. Blue eyes have the capability to shift to a fierce magenta or even glaring, radiant white when the pokémon is angry.
Her types are Psychic and Dark.
She leads the legendary Council with Solalon and is often the only one to 'speak' during the proceedings. Due to her importance in the Council, she occasionally crafts herself the illusion of a human form, reasonably skilled in communicating in facial expressions and body language given her real identity, though still notably alien in her demeanour.
She has the ability to 'taste' souls (more literal than you might think).
