+In a word, Tove is delicate, though her pragmatic approach to clothes and accessories occasionally hides her grace away. Her short to medium-length white hair often finds itself in various spiky or feathery styles, rebelling against gravity much like the pokémon she so cherishes. Her grey eyes are just dark enough to capture an onlooker's attention, alive with her trademark optimism.
