Eryzard is a pure-Blood-typed pokémon exclusive to Sehto. It's a small, light-weight lizard that can stand in the palm of one's hand, the most notable feature of which is a fleshy crest, distantly reminiscent of ceratopian headcrests but more comparable to a spanned membranous sail.
