+Khukuri is a bitter, vengeful spirit, restless and energetic, although still a far cry from malicious. With some effort, he can be made to obey his trainer at the time, but he's used to being independent and doesn't talk too kindly to attempts to 'tame' him. For many years, it's been to equal parts Devi's protector and a serious headache for her, capricious though never violent.
+When she started raising her weapon against him, he was quick to shift gears to a creature constantly alert for ways to escape his captivity. He's intelligent enough to know that if he doesn't disable her, she'll just recall him into his pokéball and likely punish him at next opportunity. Depending on his level of desperation, he will ignore his ongoing pokébattle to get at her if he spies an opportunity, though being a focussed (and //proud//) fighter, once he's begun, he's reasonably unlikely to break off.
