 **Kethi City** is the western-most settlement in [[:Sehto]] with a very rural feel to it despite its name suggesting an urban environment. It is a sea-side resort and mostly residential town with a fairly laid-back atmosphere. It's population count hovers comfortable around the twelve-hundred inhabitants mark, though there are many tourists visiting this area, renowned for its beautiful white sand beaches, so at any one time, up to three thousand people live in the confines of the city.

 Of course, not everyone is interested in Kethi's beaches - at least not the ones that attract the tourists to Kethi. In the rockier reaches of Kethi's north, Eli finds himself warily watching a newcomer clamber across the rocks at quite a distance, stabbing through her with something of a secluded glare, not yet decided whether to rise to his feet and ask what she was doing on //his// beach, when the silence is broken.
